We are an independent service that creates UI components and blocks that are compatible with Shopify's Polaris design system.     By accessing and using Shopify Polaris Blocks ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    2. Description of Service

    Shopify Polaris Blocks provides a collection of UI components and blocks designed for Shopify app development. Our service includes both free and premium content, documentation, and community features.

    3. User Accounts and Premium Access

    Premium features of our service require account registration:

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

    The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.     • Premium components: Available to subscribers for personal and commercial use
    • You may modify and customize the components for your projects
    • Direct redistribution of our components as a competing service is prohibited

    Our Discord community and other interactive features are subject to community guidelines:

    • Be respectful and professional in all interactions
    • No spam, self-promotion, or off-topic content
    • Help maintain a welcoming environment for all skill levels
    • Violations may result in removal from community spaces

    In no event shall Shopify Polaris Blocks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
